Let Coloration Be Eco-friendly
20-50s
Fixation
is Coloration
ecoloration® employs advanced dyeing technology to significantly shorten the reaction time between dye and fiber, offering the dual advantages of rapid coloring and exceptional colorfastness. In just 20-50 seconds, it achieves instant color fixation while substantially reducing energy and dye consumption.

SALT-FREE Dyeing
WILEYTEX's exclusive patented dyeing auxiliary can completely replace the traditional sodium chloride and Glauber's salt, enhancing dye adsorption onto fibers.
Reduced Dye Consumption
By mixing the dye bath and alkali solution prior to dyeing and ensuring short contact with heat for fixation, the hydrolysis rate of the dye can be reduced, resulting in approximately 20% savings in dye consumption.

No Steam Fixation
Using a patented dye accelerant with ecoloration® equipment allows for rapid covalent bonding between dyes and fibers without atmospheric steam, significantly reducing energy consumption and supporting environmental sustainability.
Consistent Quality
The Küsters dye pad S-Roller system enables accurate and uniform dye application, ensuring consistent color across the fabric. By separately metering and mixing dye and alkali solutions before applying them to a low-volume pressurized bath, dye hydrolysis is minimized, resulting in even dyeing from start to finish.

Low-Water
