SALT-FREE Dyeing

WILEYTEX's exclusive patented dyeing auxiliary can completely replace the traditional sodium chloride and Glauber's salt, enhancing dye adsorption onto fibers.

Reduced Dye Consumption

By mixing the dye bath and alkali solution prior to dyeing and ensuring short contact with heat for fixation, the hydrolysis rate of the dye can be reduced, resulting in approximately 20% savings in dye consumption.

Consistent Quality

The Küsters dye pad S-Roller system enables accurate and uniform dye application, ensuring consistent color across the fabric.
