Rethinking cotton dyeing

Rather than adding sustainability measures around a conventional dyeing process, the technology rethinks the process itself, combining salt-free dyeing, no-steam colour fixation and continuous processing.
The objective is to integrate resource efficiency into production while maintaining commercial operation.
In a full-scale installation in Africa, ecoloration® demonstrated approximately 90% lower water consumption and 80% lower energy consumption compared with traditional jet dyeing.
