In June 2025, WILEYTEX announced our first ecoloration® installation in Eswatini, Africa. Today, we are thrilled to share the next chapter of this journey : Stable, high-efficiency mass production.
The transition from pilot to full-scale operation is the ultimate test for any new textile technology. We recently captured real-time footage of our ecoloration® line in action. The video below demonstrates exactly how our patented, low-water, salt-free dyeing process operates on the factory floor.
As the fabric enters the machine, it first goes through the padding process before moving into our color-development machine. In just 10 seconds, the color is fully built up.
